Only 100 trash items move when moving a GroupWise user

Situation

Users are moved to another Post Office but following the move only 100 items are in the trash folder but there were many more items in the trash prior to the move.  No errors are reported and the move completes without problem.

Resolution

Reported to development.
Fixes have been made to both 8.0.3 and 2012
