Unable to login in a specific PO via WebAccess.

Situation

After installing WebAccess there is one or few POs that despite of configured SOAP protocol users are unable to login. Any other SOAP based application that connects to this PO works just fine.
There might be few other POs where the problem does not exist.
There is no error mentioned in the WebAccess log file, neither in a POA log. You can see SOAP login request in the POA log that corresponds to a WebAccess user login but the user is unable to login in his mailbox.

Resolution

There was a Web Calendar Publishing Host defined at the system level and few POs assigned to use it. However, the configuration of the Web calendar host was incomplete, there was no URL specified.
You will need either to correct missing configuration information or remove it from the system. Then restart tomcat.
 
This has been fixed in a newer build after shipped GW2012.
