Blackberry Playbook is not able to take advantage of the WebAccess Mobile template

Novell GroupWise 2012

Situation

The Blackberry Playbook works fine with the basic template in WebAccess however it only partially works with the new Mobile template.  It is not able to open existing email messages.  it also has the ability to scroll up and down in the message list however not in the folder list.

Resolution

This has been reported to engineering.
 
The current workaround would be to make the following change in the webacc.cfg file:
 
Change this line from Templates.UserAgent.14.id=*Playbook*
 
to Templates.UserAgent.14.id=*PlayBook*
 
The issue is due to a case problem on the word PlayBook in the file.
