UDP requests go to the default port even after setting a non standard external port

Post office is configured to use the standard internal port of 1677 and an external non standard port 21677. A firewall uses PAT to translate 21677 to 1677 for external user connections. The external UDP requests are addressed to 1677 instead of 21677.

Workaround Fix: Allow incoming UDP requests to 1677.
