Cannot clear erroneous MIGGUI User Name field entries.

MIGGUI caches usernames and displays them in a drop-down list for selection.  When entering a username, MIGGUI also auto-fills the field with entries from this cache.  If there is a typo in one of the cached usernames, the auto-fill will make it impossible to clear the entry or correct it.  Mixed cases in username syntax can cause MIGGUI to fail.
