Novell Client for Windows 2000/XP/2003 4.91 Support Pack 5 (IR1) Login
Passthrough login to Novell client with LDAP contextless login fails with XENDesktop 5.
This did not appear to be an issue in the previous version of XENDesktop.
In XenDesktop 5, the "terminal services" service was enabled.
The Novell client returns the error message:
"Novell Security Message
The system could not log you into the network. Make sure your name and
connection information are correct then type your password again."
If you click OK to the error message dialog box you get the Novell login prompt
and if you enter your password it authenticates with no issues.
This has been resolved in an updated NWFS.SYS. The fix was first introduced in Novell Client 4.91 Post-SP5 (IR1) NWFS.SYS 2. (link)
