Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1
Situation
Active Directory user groups with large number of members show empty when drilling into the group and viewing members in ZCC. Also group members don't receive assignments associated with the group.
Resolution
Confirm that the Active Directory LDAP Policy setting for MaxRangeValue and/or MaxPageSize are sufficient to return all members of the group in an ldap query for member. Or split up the groups so that there are no more members than values returned.
