Situation
Users lock workstation, logout, or reboot workstation at night. They return the next day expecting the workstation to be at the login prompt, but all they see is a black screen with only an active mouse curser. Ctrl alt del doesn't bring up anything - still no login screen. Their only choice is to power off the workstation and turn it back on.
Resolution
Configure virus scanner to ignore SecureLogin files.
Look in task manager for the sl* processes, and exclude these from virus scanning activity. The SecureLogin processes to exclude include the following files:
slbroker.exe
slbroker64.exe
sldotnetsso.exe
sldotnetsso64.exe
slproto.exe
slwinsso.exe
slnrmonitorserver.exe
