Situation

Printer Driver Profile with Ricoh MP6001PCL6 driver won't retain changes

Resolution

Apply the 5.82 version of the iPrint Client for Windows.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate the issue :-
 
  1. Upload PCL6 driver (Non-Universal one)
  2. Create Printer Agent and Associate the driver to a Printer Agent
  3. Create a Printer Driver Profile
  4. Configure settings Save and Exit
  5. Associate the Profile with the printer agent created in step 2
  6. Install printer on workstation and check settings (Result :- Settings done in profile will not get to the workstation)
  7. Go  back to iManager | iPrint | Printer Driver Profile | Modify, choose the previously created profile, view the settings configured in step 4, and observe the settings are not retained.
