User in Mobility gets connected to wrong user's GroupWise Account

Configuration:
Two users with the same userid in the GroupWise System

Situation

User in Mobility gets connected to wrong user's GroupWise Account
User gets email of an other user on the device that has the same userid in the GroupWise System
GroupWise Connector Monitoring shows the wrong userid in the User Status

Resolution

Please apply Novell GroupWise 8 Build 98634 or  later on all the Post Offices. If the build is not available, please contact Novell Technical Services to get the build. After applying the build, please follow the steps listed below
  1. Login to DataSync WebAdmin https://IPAddress:8120.
  2. Click groupwise (GroupWise Connector).
  3. Click Users.
  4. Change the Application User Name of the problem user in the format "userid.PostOffice.domain ". Example user1.mygwpo.mygwdom and press Enter.
  5. Restart DataSync by typing "rcdatasync restart " and press Enter.
