Situation
During the Integrated Install of IDM 4.0.1 into an existing tree, the installation may fail with the following error:
The following mandatory inputs not present
IA_IDVAULT_EXISTING_IP_ADDRESS_VISIBLE
Therefore aborting the configuration.

Resolution
Novell has a fix and a workaround for this issue.
The fix for this issue will be available in a future release of Identity Manager Integrated Installer.
The workaround is as follows:

The workaround is as follows:
1) Copy installer to writable media.
2) Open file <iso_root>/install/propfiles/configure_existing_tree.properties
3) Rename the field IA_IDVAULT_EXISTING_IP_ADDRESS to
IA_IDVAULT_EXISTING_IP_ADDRESS_VISIBLE
4) Provide IP address to existing eDirectory server.
5) Launch integrated installer from the writable media.
