Situation

Users unable to receive emails on devices after the user is moved from one PO to another PO
Unable to receive emails on devices after a user move
Unable to receive emails on Blackberry after a user move

Resolution

This is working as designed. After a user has been moved from one Post Office to an other Post Office, BES or Data Sync needs to be restarted for the event configuration to get recreated in the User Database in the new Post Office.
 
For DataSync, the server needs to be restarted and then the user needs to be re-initialized after a user move to make sure that all the events are received by the Mobility Server.
  1. Type "rcdatasync restart " to restart DataSync.
  2. Login to WebAdmin.

  3. Click mobility (Mobility Connector).
  4. Click Monitor.
  5. Click on "Re-initialize user " under Actions for the user that was moved.
