Situation
Unable to see some users in the POA SOAP Notification List or Event Configuration List
Some users not able to receive new emails/calendars/contacts on the device
Unable to receive new emails on the Device
Resolution
- Browse to /etc/datasync/configengine/engines/default/pipelines/pipeline1/connectors/groupwise
- Edit connector.xml.
- Make sure that the eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup is set to 1. If not, please change it as follows
<eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup>1</eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup> - Save the file.
- Restart DataSync by typing "rcdatasync restart " and press Enter.
