Situation

Unable to see some users in the POA SOAP Notification List or Event Configuration List
Some users not able to receive new emails/calendars/contacts on the device
Unable to receive new emails on the Device

Resolution

  1. Browse to /etc/datasync/configengine/engines/default/pipelines/pipeline1/connectors/groupwise
  2. Edit connector.xml.
  3. Make sure that the eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup is set to 1. If not, please change it as follows
    <eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup>1</eventConfigurationUpdateOnStartup>
  4. Save the file.
  5. Restart DataSync by typing "rcdatasync restart " and press Enter.
