'Failed' status on user in DataSync Monitor

Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2

Situation

Error: Unable to open connection to server due to security error using SSL to connect to Datasync server on remote device.
Error: Unable to connect to server when not using SSL to connect to Datasync server on remote device.
The Application User name matches the eDirectory UserID.
The Application User name does not match the GroupWise UserID.

Resolution

Change the Application User name to match the GroupWise UserID.

Additional Information

The Application User name must match the GroupWise UserID.
