Resolution

The problem originates in a missing password for the system account called "_synchronizationAgent" as the log file states.
First you will need to process following steps at the Vibe site:
  • Login in Vibe as admin.
  • Click on "Browse Hierarchy" icon in the upper left corner to display all available workspaces in the Vibe zone.
  • Click on Personal Workspaces. This will list in a right-pane available created and system user accounts.
  • Find "Synchronization Agent" account and click on it.
  • In displayed details of this system account click then on the Modify link.
  • In next displayed window provide new password and click on OK.
Next step is to specify given password for the Vibe connector in the Datasync server:
  • Login in webadmin of the Datasync server.
  • In a list of installed connectors find Vibe and click on Edit icon aside it.
  • In the connector settings fill in the password for the Synchronization Agent.
  • Restart the connector after changes.
Due to the tokenRequest error mentioned in the log, check also access rights for the Synchronization Agent:
  • Login in Vibe as admin
  • Go into Administration Console tool
  • In The System section, click on Access Control for Zone Administration
  • Here make sure that the Synchronization Agent has active "Token Requester" access rights
