Situation
Scheduled event for eDirectory User Synchronization not working.
Imported the new values of users, using ldap import utility in eDirectory. New values get updated to eDirectory but does get updated to GroupWise Domain and respective post offices and users.
The message transfer agent not showing entry in log of whether schedule event started or not, or their is no sign of failure.

Resolution
The LDAP/eDir server
being accessed was set to Require TLS.
After changing TLS check setting on that server and restarting eDirectory, the MTA scheduled
event worked and synchronized all the users on all the post offices.
