Groupwise Options menu item is missing for remote users

The "Groupwise Options" under "Accounts - Send/Retrieve" is not available.

This behavior has been verified starting with GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 (8.0.2) Previous versions are not affected.
Steps to duplicate:

1. Create a Remote DB 2. Change to Remote 4. Go to Accounts > Send and Retrieve Note that there is no way to see "GroupWise Options” Menu. This options is necessary because there are custom items to send and retrieve while user is in remote mode. Expected Result:"GroupWise Options" item should be shown.
