Situation

Error "Spell check failed: Undefined" while doing a Spell check in GroupWise WebAccess.

Resolution

Upgrade to GroupWise 2014, as it uses a new spellchecker called Hunspell.

Additional Information

Steps to duplicate:
  1. Launch GroupWise WebAccess and login as a user.
  2. Click on compose an email and type a long string with a wrong spelling.
  3. Click on "Check Spelling".
  4. WebAccess shows an error "Spell check failed: Undefined"
