Situation

Appointments, mails or contacts does not sync from HTC android devices to GroupWise but syncs from GroupWise to the device.

Resolution

Please follow the steps below on the HTC device:
  1. Go to Settings | Manage Applications | All applications | Contacts Storage
  2. Click on "Delete data"
  3. Go to Settings | Manage Applications | All applications | Mail Storage.
  4. Click on "Delete Data".
  5. Click on Settings | Manage Applications | All applications | Calendar.
  6. Click on "Delete Data".
  7. Reboot the device.
  8. Delete and re-add the account on the device.
