Situation

This TID addresses the question of what General Availability (GA) releases of Novell Operations Center (NOC) are supported along with the associated patch bundles for each release.

Resolution

The following releases of Novell Operations Center (NOC) are currently supported by NetIQ:
  • NOC 4.7.0 and the corresponding July Patch bundle (released July 2011, also known as PB3) - sunset date for General Availablity customers is February 5th, 2013 (extended support sunsets in 2015).
  • NOC 5.0.0 and the corresponding October Patch bundle (released October 2011, also known as PB1).
