Situation

Clicking the "Detailed Hardware/Software Inventory" link in ZCC | Device |  Inventory (tab) returns a plank page.

Resolution

Delete the zenworks-inventorywebservice webapps directory on the server on which ZENworks Control Center (ZCC) is being accessed.
