Client crashes when try to convert an email into an appointment

Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 Hot Patch 3

Windows server 2003
Windows server 2008
Windows 7

Situation

GroupWise client crashes while sending an appointment followed by the pop up with the message "Novell GroupWise Client has stopped working.."  
If the appointments are posted then it does not crash.It works fine with the GroupWise 8.0.2 HP2 client but not with the GroupWise 8.0.2 HP3.

Resolution

Reported to engineering.

Steps to duplicate :

Step 1. Open a new mail,go to Edit | Change to | More | Select item type to Appointment & then select Group | Click OK

It will take you to the To Field to enter more email addresses.This works randomly,not always.

Step2. After entering the email addresses,when we click on close/send.Client crashes upon sending.It will freeze and the pop up will display "Novell GroupWise Client has stopped working.."  

It works fine if we select as posted in the Step 1.Also,it works fine with the GroupWise 8.0.2 HP2 client but not with the GroupWise client 8.0.2 HP3.
