Can not Browse with iManager workstation no pop-up occurs

Firefox installed on Workstation

Situation

User is able to log into iManager, however when trying to look up objects no activity occurs.
Usually a POP-UP with portions of the tree would appear, allowing user to browse for objects.


Resolution

Workaround 1: Locate and temporarily rename the Mozilla/Firefox folder for the actual Mozilla application (Not the Mozilla folder embedded in the iManager Workstation install). Then relaunch iManager.

Workaround 2: Launch your main Mozilla/Firefox application and look for setting that block pop ups

Additional Information

Using Sysinternals Procmon utilities it was found that the embedded Mozilla code in the workstation install of iManager makes calls into the Main Mozilla application. if corruption or configuration restrictions are in the main Mozilla application they may effect the iManager instance.
