Situation
When exporting registry values, a value may not appear under
the correct key, e.g.,
when exported, looks like this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1\Key2]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1\Key2]
"Value2"="valuedata"
"Value1"="valuedata"
when exported, looks like this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1\Key2]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Key1\Key2]
"Value2"="valuedata"
"Value1"="valuedata"
Resolution
This is fixed in version 11.2.2 - see KB 7010757 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7010757
