Users can't find docuemnts that have been just been shared with them.

QuickFinder indexing is running, but takes an hour to complete.

POA log shows many c081 errors during QuickFinder indexing.

 

The post office had thousands of old wordlist files that were missing. Every time the POA's QuickFinder indexing came across one of these it had a 5 second timeout trying to find the missing BLOB file.

 

These can be cleaned up by running an Analyze/Fix Library with Verify Document Files checked. This can take QuickFinder indexing from taking an hour or two down to a few minutes.

 

With indexing running quickly, new documents can be indexed in a timely manner and thus found when shared by other users sooner.
