Situation

Using scroll bar on GW8.0.2 causes webaccess on IE 8 to crash.

Resolution

Reported to Engineering .
 
Workaround
  1. Open I.E 8 browser on workstation.
  2. Go to Tools | Internet Options on your IE 8.
  3. A new dialog will be open, then go to Advanced tab.
  4. On Browsing section, uncheck the last option that is: "Use smooth scrolling".
  5. Click OK to save the changes, open a new window with WebAccess and try to
    scroll down.

 This issue is fixed in GroupWise 8.0.2HP3.
