eDir install fails while configuring SAS with error: -602

Situation

Installing eDirectory or running ndsconfig upgrade returns a 602 error creating the SAS object.

Resolution

The user doing the install or used to authenticate to run ndsconfig upgrade does not have rights to the security container.
Use admin or make sure the user has supervisory rights to the tree.
