Situation
The customer wants to disable the cache entirely and wanted to know the minimal COS size partition that would still be needed.
Resolution
Have at least a COS partition in place of 10 GB even if you have the option to not cache the caching algorithms will still be used
for the temporary storage of files when files are downloaded from a back-end webserver.
They are not cached but temporarily stored before send to browser.
