ZCM agent install hangs waiting for regsvr32

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1
Tivoli Access Manager for Enterprise SingleSign-On

Situation

With ZCM agent hangs when Tivoli Access Manager for Enterprise SingleSign-On installed, ZCM agent install hangs while installing CASA.msi.

Resolution

Ensure that all ZENworks related ports are open on the workstation and primary servers.  For a list of ports see the ZENworks Configuration Management Documentation under Installation / Server and device minimum system requirements.
 
Workaround:  If regsvr32 is in showing in task manager, kill that process and the install continues.
