Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.1
Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2

Situation

One user unable to delete mails from the device
Mail gets deleted from the device but not GroupWise
Other users able to delete mails from the device
Mobility Monitoring page shows /Trash and /Deleted folder
Running a GWCheck on the user database does not help
Removing and adding the user in the mobility connector does not help
Unable to delete mails from the device

Resolution

Please open a Service Request with Novell Technical Services and send the wphost.db, userxxx.db and ngwguard.db to the Support Representative
