Messenger agents won't start

Environment

Novell Messenger 2.2
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 4
Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 (OES 2) Linux Support Pack 3

Situation

NMMA won't start.
After trying to start the Messaging Agent we get:
 
rcnovell-nmma start
Starting Novell Messenger MA: Failed.                                failed
Starting the agents manually results in a segmentation fault:
 
/opt/novell/messenger/bin/nmma @/etc/opt/novell/messenger/strtup.ma
Segmentation fault

Resolution

In the /etc/opt/novell/messenger/strtup.ma the /ipv4only switch was enabled. Comment out this switch from this startup file and restart the agents to load.
 
The issue has been reported to development.
