GroupWise Authentication being used on Mobility

Situation

ERROR: "Unable to connect to server" on the device intermittently
Device prompts for a password intermittently even though the password has not changed
Mobility Threads maxing out

Resolution

Please download and install the latest Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack from https://download.novell.com/patch/finder

Please follow the steps in the TID listed below to update to the latest Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack
