Environment

Novell Privileged User Manager 2.3.0

Situation

Successfully login to the RDP relay console, see the RDP Sessions, select a session, it prompts for the rpdrelay activeX control then the screen appears to show that it is about to connect however remains blank.

unifid.log shows  
Error, Failed to relay client packet 0

Resolution

Apply Privileged User Manager 2.3.0 HF3 (2.3.0-3) or greater.
