Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1

Situation

After update to ZENworks Configuration Management 11.1, cannot see the bundle status in the ZENworks Control Center: the following warning is shown

“The bundle status is currently not available because the post upgrade process is in progress. The post upgrade process might take some time to complete. ”

Resolution

Execute the following command on ZCM primary server
novell-zenworks-configure -c StatusDataMigrationConfigureAction
 
Post-11.1 environments still seeing the error message: Reported to Engineering

Additional Information

In some ZCM environments with an Oracle database, the command shown above )novell-zenworks-configure -c StatusDataMigrationConfigureAction) may report an error message and the migration of the status information to the new format may not complete. In these cases the solution is to manually apply the needed changes to the database.

Please contact Novell Support if the novell-zenworks-configure command keeps throwing an error message.
