Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Business Objects Reporting

Situation

After upgrading to ZCM 10.3.3, attempting to run pre-defined reports
  • Content by server
  • Content by bundles and policies
  • Assigned Bundles and Policies by Device
results in an error
A database error occured.


Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround:
Copy the report to "My Favourites", edit and save the query without any modifications, and run the report
