Server version not updated in zcc after zcm 11.1 update

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1 System Update

Update from ZCM 11 to 11.1

Version still shows 11.0 for all modules in ZCC

System Update summary in ZCC shows status as completed successfully.

version.txt file shows 11.1

Restarted services

Reboot server

Still shows 11.0 version in zcc

updates-inprocess file still show the 11.1 update guid

System-update.log shows no errors

ZDC only shows zenserverversion.xml inconsistent, but the xml file itself has been updated to show correct 11.1 version for all modules.

Service-messages.log shows module versions as 11.0

loader-messages.log shows a couple of SystemUpdateModule errors:

[FINE: Unable to get license type for product com.novell.zenworks.zam] [java.lang.NullPointerException

Run 'zac retr' to resolve the chain of trust then run a 'zac refresh'

The server was not able to talk to the zone as there was an error on the chain of trust.
