Novell Access Manager 3.1 Service Pack 3 applied
SLES 11 based Linux Access Gateway
Situation
Symptoms:
After approximately 2 to 3 days of regular working activities, application accessed via Linux Access Gateway (LAG) starts to show pages where images are not fully downloaded. A restart of the novell-vmc service clear the problem that, however, comes back regularly after a while.
A lan trace captured between the browser ant the LAG shows a TCP Zero Window never recovered from the LAG side while downloading the images present in the web pages.
Changes:
Service Pack 3 was recently applied on the LAG.
