Unable to configure settings in Service Desk Registration portion of ZCC

In ZENworks Configuration Center under Configuration>Service Desk Management>Service Desk Registration, it is impossible to import the certificate from the Service Desk server, even if using the URLs found in documentation (http://ipaddress_servicedesk_server//LiveTime/WebObjects/LiveTime.woa/wa/DownloadAction/downloadCertificate).  

When attempting to import the certificate from a URL, the following error is received:  "Cannot import certificate from a non https protocol"

When attempting to export the certificate to a file, a HTTP 404 error is thrown.


The download action needed to get that certificate is unavailable in version 6.2 of Service Desk.  This functionality is scheduled to be released in a future release of the Service Desk product.
