Situation
Delete and Rename Inhibit flags causing access denied to folders via AFP

Resolution
There are two known work-arounds for this issue:
1. Copy the contents of the locked directory out to a temporary directory. Delete and re-create the directory and re-assign the appropriate rights. Once this is complete, copy back in the data from the temporary directory. (It would also be possible to remove the hidden files ((all prefixed with a .)))
2. Remove the delete and rename inhibit flags from the 'locked' directories
