Situation
While running "smt-ncc-sync", these errors pop up:

While running "smt-mirror -d", these errors pop up:

Resolution
1. Don't use a proxy.
2. If a proxy must be used, upgrade to the latest perl-wwwlib-perl rpm (5.816-2.23.1), and make sure that the proxy settings are correct. A reboot may also be necessary at this point.

If the above doesn't work, use this workaround: Downgrade the perl-wwwlib-perl to shipping code (5.816-2.15).
