Forward attachment flyout opens on incorrect display

This happens when using dual monitors where display 1 is the primary and
display 2 is the secondary.

Steps to duplicate:

Move the GroupWise client to display 2.

Then open an existing forwarded Mailbox item and it will open on display 1
instead of display 2.

Move the opened item to display 2.

Select the attachment fwd drop-down and notice that the fly-out window will
open on display 1 instead of being connected to the open item on display 2.

Also, if you move the opened item back to display 1 and increase the window
size to fit the monitor, then select the same fwd attachment drop-down, it will
fly-out off the screen so that you cannot properly see it.
