Environment

Novell ZENworks Patch Management 6.4 - ZPM6.4

Situation

Unable to update to ZPM 6.4 SP2 Update 4
Error found in update log, "Message: Failed to execute C:\Program Files\Novell\Temp\PLUS_Config.exe "

Resolution

Copy the web.config file from
C:\Program Files\ZENworks Patch Management Server\Webroot
to the root of the C: drive.
Then run the update again.
