Situation

Unable to change font from bold format to normal.

When copy bold text from HTML and paste it on the new email unable to change the font from bold to normal.

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Create a new email with HTML.
  2. Copy the bold text from any old email and paste it.
  3. Highlight the copied text and try to change it to normal from bold.
