Situation
Under some conditions, Linux satellites may constantly refresh due to failed download of ostargets.xml.
ERROR (from zmd-messages.log):

[ResourceManager] [Attempting to retrieve resource from 'https://192.168.0.5:443/zenworks-registration/ostargets.xml'] [] []

[ZenCache] [Could not fetch source https://192.168.0.5:443/zenworks-registration/ostargets.xml for range -1-54,263.] [] []
This repeats throughout the log.
Resolution
For 10.3: This is fixed in version 10.3.4 - see KB 7008244 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
For 11: This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
