Error: "Problem 82-Inaccessible attachement files"

Novell GroupWise 8 Hot Patch 2


Updated GroupWise Snap-ins during installation.
Symptom :
Running Contents check and fix problems with "ATTCLIP" switch in "MISC" tab, through Scheduled Maintenance, throws out following errors:
"Problem 82-Inaccessible attachment files"& "Problem 77-Attachment record opened but not readable".
Running Contents check and fix problems using Standalone GWCheck,  with the same switch  do not give any errors.


GroupWise Snap-ins are either corrupt or did not get updated and copied correctly during installation.
Copy GroupWise Snap-ins from GroupWise Software folder to the ConsoleOne folder.
For that browse to GW802 HP2 Software\admin\C1ADMIN folder and copy all its contents to c:\Novell\ConsoleOne\1.X folder.
