Applet and ActiveX versions are not matched with the SSLVPN build number

Environment

Novell Access Manager 3.1 SSLVPN Server
Novell Access Manager 3.1 SUpport Pack 3 applied

Situation

After installing the Access Manager 3.1 Support Pack 3 build, the SSLVPN client could connect to the SSLVPN server without problems. However, after connecting and reviewing the Log Entries tab in the UI the version displayed for both the Applet and ActiveX plugins was displayed as 3.1.3.231. This did not correspond to the SP3 build installed, which is 3.1.3-247.

Resolution

Issue is cosmetic and will not impact behaviour. The problem has been reported to engineering and will be fixed in SP4.
