Situation

When attempting to generate diagnostics for a job, the following error may appear:
 
Invalid diagnostics request, not tracking operation '<GUID>'
 

Resolution

This issue can occur when the job or operation has been deleted from the database. Run the job again in order to be able to gather diagnostics.
