Situation

Appointments from Exchange system to somes users in GroupWise is displayed as an email
Appointments from Exchange system to some users in the same GroupWise System is displayed properly
The appointment from Exchange to GroupWise displaying as mail has winmail.dat attachment
Problem receiving Meeting/Appointment from Exchange to GroupWise

Resolution

Remove the Contact List for the problem users from Exchange Global Address List.
