Moving items in client does not always move items on device

1. New item arrives in mailbox.
2. User moves item to a different folder.
3. Item on the device does not always move with it.
4. After a few minutes, DataSync should update the device to have it reflect the moved item to different folder, it does not always do so.
5. Sometimes performing a refresh on the device will move the item, but not always.
6. Mail items moved by a rule, often have better success.

Or

1. Move item from sub folder into mailbox.
2. Moved item does not get reflected in the mailbox.
3. After a few minutes, DataSync should update the device to have it reflect the moved item to different folder, it does not always do so.
4. Sometimes performing a refresh on the device will move the item, but not always.

This appears to be fixed in newer DataSync builds after release 1.1.2 (Build 428).  At the time this TID was written, a public fix was not yet available, since 428 was the only one available to the public.  A new public release is expected in the near future.
