Non-administrator ZCC users cannot manage inventory reports

Help desk users, or other non-super administrator users that should have access to reports in ZCC are unable to modify, create, or delete reports.  The users have been given Report rights through a role or directly.


Steps to grant reporting rights to ZCC users:
1) Login to ZCC as Administrator
2) Go to Configuration > Administrators  and click on the name of the user that needs the report rights.
3) On the left hand side of ZCC, under the Administrator Tasks section, click on the link for Inventory Report Rights and Asset Management Report Rights .  Click on the link for the reporting for which rights need to be granted.
4) Select the folders for which the user needs rights to, and from the Edit drop down menu select Assign Full Rights .
